Meet Wayne Fulton...

Wayne Fulton is president of Fulton Home Inspections and resides in the town of Napanee. Wayne is a "National Certificate Holder" with the Canada's 'National Certification Authority', a member of the 'Professional Home and Property Inspectors of Ontario' and an ASHI Certified Inspector (American Society of Home Inspectors).

He obtained Journeyman Finisher status within his trade (Structural Iron Worker) and brings over 28 years construction experience to his business, the last 15 years in supervisory positions. A former home builder, his knowledge and experience were custom made for the home inspection profession.

A retired Captain from the Ontario Fire Service his commitment to the community and the Fire Service was ongoing. His responsibilities while in the Fire Service were training and fire prevention. A Registered Trainer Facilitator with the Ontario Fire Marshal's Office and Deputy Fire Marshall for the province of Ontario he was a leader in public safety.

Wayne is a full time home inspector and personally performs 100's of inspections each year. You can feel confident in his abilities as an inspector and benefit from his excellent communication skills.

Two to three days lead time is generally all that is required to book an appointment with Wayne. However should he be booked when you need him, we would be pleased to refer you to one of our qualified associates.

Meet Penny...

Penny is the voice on the other end of the phone when you call Fulton Home Inspections. Not only have we shared 40 years of marriage, she also brings 25 years of office experience to our business. As well as being capable of answering most of your questions and keeping me in line, she books, schedules and keeps the office running smoothly.

To say I couldn't do it without her is a huge understatement! She always has a smile on her face and is here to help.
